FINAL EDITING SESSION

In our lesson today we had our final editing session. As we have previously finished the full song, today's session was all about reviewing the footage and adding little tweaks to improve our final product.

WHAT WE FOUND:
- We wanted to end with sparklers but there was not enough footage of them in the sequence so it looked a bit random for her to pop up with sparklers. We fixed this by adding extra footage we had in random points so it is a constant motif.

- There was one part with the dancer where the colours were too strong, there was too much red. To fix this we deleted one of the RGB curve effects.

- At the beginning of the song, in one of our close-ups, the artist doesn't finish pronouncing the word as we cut the clip too short. To make it look better, we extended the clip by a fraction of a second so she finished saying the whole word before we cut to another shot.

- In the second chorus, the firework that introduces it was too long. We cut it so it doesn't look like its dragging on for too long.
